Frequently Asked Questions – Condom Dispensers

1. Who is eligible to request condom dispensers?
Alaska-based non-profit organizations are eligible, with priority given to Tribal organizations. There may be special exceptions given to other organizations if they're working in partnership with a local Tribal organization or nonprofit, like bars or other areas. If you're unsure whether your organization qualifies, contact us!

2. Are the dispensers and supplies really free?
Yes! Both the dispensers and the condoms (and other safer sex supplies) are provided free of charge for eligible organizations.

3. What comes with the dispenser?
Each order varies dependent on stock, but can include supplies like:

  • The condom dispenser

  • Condoms

  • A key tag holder with the dispenser key

  • QR code stickers linking to HIV/STI prevention and testing resources

4. Can the dispenser be mounted anywhere?
You’ll need to confirm that condom dispensers are allowed at the site you plan to install them. They can be wall-mounted in bathrooms, clinics, community centers, or other accessible areas.

5. Who installs the dispensers?
Installation is handled on your end. Someone from your organization will need to mount the dispenser and ensure it’s restocked regularly. Confirmation that dispensers are allowable, that you have a point of contact to refill them and someone to install them will need to be sent to our team before we can move forward!

6. How do we get refills?
You can request free condom refills anytime through our store. However, supplies may be limited. In the event of a shortage, our supplies are prioritized for Tribal organizations and rural areas first.
