Nutrition

If you want your body to perform the best, you need to give your body the best fuel possible! Being healthy means taking care yourself, and that includes thinking about what you eat and drink. Haven’t you heard you are what you eat?  Here at iknowmine, we understand eating healthy during the teen years is challenging – late night snacks, hanging out with friends and eating greasy goodness – we get it! We also know that you can enjoy these foods in moderation or every now and again. That’s why it’s called treating yourself. Knowing which foods to eat and how much to eat is a skill that will stay with you for life. Balancing your nutrition (what you eat and drink) with fitness (exercise) means you’re on the right track to a healthy lifestyle.
